The Appraisal Process

Step 1

  • To begin the appraisal process, please submit this form on our website, letting us know some basic information about the property and purpose of your appraisal.

    From there, we'll prepare a free quote, which you'll receive via email within 2 business days. Once you've accepted the quote, we'll schedule an inspection date.

Step 2

  • On the day of the inspection, we'll visit the property in-person to take measurements, photos, and notes on the home's condition, special features, and improvements.

    Afterwards, we'll compile market data for analysis, drawing upon recent sales of comparable properties, local market trends, zoning and land-use, etc.

Step 3

  • After analyzing our findings and applying the appropriate valuation methods, we'll compile our findings into a comprehensive, easily-digestible report.

    You'll receive your report via email (with hard copies available upon request), and we'll be available for any questions or clarifications that might arise.
